Welcome to WhiteboardVid ("Service"). By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

The Service lets you create hand-drawn whiteboard animation videos in your browser and export them as video files for personal or commercial use.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One account is intended for one person. Abuse (fake accounts, automated signups) may lead to suspension.

3. Plans & Credits

• Trial: free video export credits on signup.
• Plus: monthly plan with a fixed number of video credits. 1 credit = one video up to 10 seconds; longer videos consume proportionally more credits (e.g. a 25 second video uses 3 credits).
• Premium: monthly plan with unlimited video exports under fair use.
• Credits/validity last 30 days from activation and do not carry forward unless stated.

4. Payments

Payments are currently accepted via UPI. Your plan is activated after manual verification of the transaction (usually within a few hours). See our Refund Policy.

5. Content

You own the videos you create. You must not use the Service to create unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.

6. Fair Use

"Unlimited" plans are subject to fair personal/professional use. Reselling exports as a service, or automated bulk generation, may be limited.

7. Changes

We may update features, prices, and these terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
