Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trial first

We offer free trial credits on signup so you can fully test the Service before paying. Please use the trial to make sure the app works well on your device.

Refunds

• If you paid but your plan was not activated within 48 hours, you get a full refund.
• If you were charged twice for the same plan, the duplicate amount is fully refunded.
• Since this is a digital service with a free trial, refunds are generally not provided once a plan is activated and credits/exports have been used.
• Genuine technical issues that block you from exporting videos: contact us within 7 days — we will fix the issue, extend your plan, or refund proportionally.

Cancellation

Plans are monthly and do not auto-renew (payments are manual UPI). Simply do not renew next month to cancel. Your remaining credits stay valid till plan expiry.

How to claim

Email us with your registered email and UPI transaction (UTR) number via Contact. Refunds, when approved, are processed to the same UPI account within 5–7 working days.
